Under the premise that hiring special education students with baking and making coffee skill, we expect to create a friendly delicacy environment. “Big hands holding small hands” symbolizes people support each other. With this sentence as a concept, Taichung special education school cooperation with Chih-Yuan Inc. to develop this bakery together.

 

In the spirit of “big hands holding small hands”, we transform this concept into our ceiling structure. Weaving two elements by four directionalities to support each other. Also, we make the two elements more curved to present a soft Spatiality. In the meantime, we try to respond to the perspective of the students. It’s just like standing under mulberry trees when you stand under the ceiling. While looking up, you will see strings of mulberry.
